What is the reason why you love Peoples Church?
My family first attended Peoples Church in 1977. Growing up two blocks from Peoples Church, I attended Hackett Elementary as a young child. I can relate to the young people who live on Beloit’s southwest side. Growing up in the Youth Group at Peoples Church, and continuing as a young adult, so many believers here have ‘stood in the gap’ for me and helped me live a life for Christ early in my faith.

Random facts about Pastor Joe:
I’m a bit of an old soul. I love staying up on current events, following the weather, and cheering on my Green Bay Packers! I enjoy spending time outdoors, doing crosswords, and making new friends.

Truth about God that amazes you:
He is always present, always in control, and always working in our daily lives. All we need is faith alone, in Christ alone, what a comfort!

What favorite place have you lived/visited:
Nothing better than a beachside bonfire at sunset in Door County, Wisconsin.

What is something you have yet to do that you really want to do:
I would love to tour our nation’s capital – Washington, D.C.
